Hi,
Can this be an old chenghua copy from the 18/19th century?

I doubt it.  Looks too pristine; would have to be imperial, but not likely with that mark. There are lots of modern fakes.

In my view it is too perfect. Ming dynasty items, imperial or not, have not yet reached the maturity that shows in Qing items. In my view the double rings, for example, are too perfect for the period.
