Looks like earthenware not porcelain and with this bright blue 20th century, Im not sure if it is Chinese at least not traditional antique in my opinion.

This looks like any of the modern pottery items sold by horticulture shops, but they are usually of better quality. The shape is not traditional Chinese, but even if it is was the quality if insufficient to make this a collectible item.
