Any help with dating the piece?
The lid is kind of bigger and seems to be a replacement.
By the way, the neck is very short so don't know what kind of lid would sit tightly.

Probably Chinese, republic period, perhaps on the later side. Not sure if the lid is the original lid belonging to this jar.
