Im not sure who the maker is but generally marks like this are newer made items probably a studio mark, lets see if someone can read the mark.

?? (dokan) seems to be the mark of a Japanese liquor factory. They appear to make or have made gourd shaped porcelain containers for their liquor. This is 20th century.
