This is a Kraak style plate but with these photo's it is hard to tell age, close up pictures of the decoration and any age signs.

Probably late Kangxi to early Qianlong. My reasoning is: Kangxi pictorial mark, Kangxi underside decoration, slanted foot rim points to 18th century. Decoration used multiple shades of blue, also a Kangxi specialty. The rim decoration structure could also be Qianlong.
