Title: republic mouse peach vase

I really find it difficult to identify republican porcelain. I think you have to look at the colors and style to authenticate a piece. Does this one look old?

Marks like this were used during the republic period but the writing on the side of the vase looks to fresh, usually on small  republic vases like this the writing would be faded leading me to think late 20th century, see what others say.
