As I can see, the mark will tell you, that this vase is from Ming Dynasty, Wanli (1573-1620), but it looks modern in my eyes. Form, colours and the decoration looks not like Ming Dynasty.

No guangxu and no kangxi, both have a mark from ming dynasty. But the mark alone can not tell you, if it is old and from the period.

I guess the vase is modern as it has no kiln spots or glaze contractions..so made in a modern kiln...?

The mark looks indeed as if it was printed, and the green decoration is clearly not handpainted.
The bottom is that of a 20th century item.
