hi guys,
is this a Kangxi Kraak style Klapmuts Blue White bowl?

No it is not the Kraak pattern. This appears to be Kangxi, but it is more likely early 18th century I think. That is probably the time when the bulk of Kangxi wares would have been exported. If it weren't for the decoration on the underside of the rim, I would think it was even later. It would have to be after 1684... but is there any specific reason that you think it is 17th?

the item is listed as a 17 century Kangxi kraak style bowl but I doubted
