Guangxu period or modern piece? I think the bottom shows some age. But I know late-qing bottom are reproduced quite accurately lately.
The rim decoration of the lid looks as if it might be not that old.
I would steer clear of items claiming to have various certificates, especially those made in China, as they are usually fake. Unless the documentation is from a respected, major auction house (Christie's, Sotheby's, etc.) or from a respected museum. Some fakers are now even using genuine 19th/early 20th Century receipts they've found to try to fool people.
