This plate is 4,5 cm high and 32 cm wide. At the front is marked.
Mine but feeling says this is probably not 20 century or later.what do you think?
And could you translate the mark?

The decoration is printed and the foot is a 20th century foot looks to be on the later side in my opinion.

Sorry Rec, I do not recognize any of these marks, possibly a studio mark, maybe someone else can recognize it.
