The decoration seems to be about 1912-1930. However, the pictures are too small. To make sure this is not a later copy detail pictures of bottom, some places in the decoration showing faces, one of the ears (side decorations) and of the text would be required (especially the three columns on the left on the vase body).

Next time, please upload the bottom also. It is the most important thing to check when verifying age. The decorations are often made/copied at different times.

The faces etc., and the condition of the writing seem to be early republic, the cyclical date given appears to be 1922. Probably of the period.
