Is this from the Dehua kilns? Early or Late Qing? The lips are glazed, the neck is shaved.

I cannot see anything that points to Dehua. Probably JDZ, About later 18th to mid 19th century.

I thought the late Qing necks were glazed?

your ginger jar is qianlong one. the decor on your jar is same on qianlong one
