Title: cup with square mark

Hi all,
could you please help me with this blue and white chinese cup with a square mark at the bottom. it's appr. 6cm wide and 3,5 cm high.
could it be produces during Ming dynasty in Jingdezhen Kiln?

This is the actual lingzhi pattern. With this mark I think it would be about mid-Qing to early 19th century. Made at Dehua kiln.
