It is hard to tell really just how old it is but in the 1980 the West was flooded with imported porcelain from China so chances are it is from that period but it could be 21st century also.

Long Eliza? ...that is what they call the ladies painted in the Kangxi reign it seems, due to their shape. I doubt that this would fit this.
