Title: chinese / japanese imari plate?

This is an Imari plate, judging by the foot, looks to me to be early 20th century, nice plate.

how do you call the figures put in the center of these plate? and which factory produce these plate?

This was made at one of the Arita kilns for export, Im not sure that it could be associated to one specific kiln as there were many. Arita usually painted 3 to 4 blue lines around the bottom foot usually 3 outside the foot and one inside like yours, i think the decoration in the center is bamboo and chrysanthemums.
