Title: Late-Qing dragon bowl.

How old do you think it is? The owner says it's from the 19th C. Does it look modern?

Based on the fact that the roundel is reaching the upper rim and the equally negligent painting of its content I think it is not antique.

I agree, also the quality of the dragon and there is nothing traditional, the scales the tail and you can't make out the head.
