I as wondering if this planter might be Guangxu or Republic period. I cannot find a similar red zhuanti mark on turquoise ground. The "da" character is written differently than usual.

Late Qing to early republic is likely, judging by the colors and glazed used. The Qianlong mark would be apocryphal.
