is this Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Censer fake or is there any chance that it is good?

The size might determine what this was used for, it looks like a jardiniere to me, normally a censer would have a lid with holes for the incense and it dose not look like it had a lid, the shape is not right for a brush pot, also the decoration is very pore and dose not look anything traditional, in my opinion.

Hi Stan and thank's for the reply. Here a discription by the seller:

This is a Chinese porcelain censer (incense burner) in underglaze blue featuring Buddhistic symbols and nature with double circles to the rim. Glazed base.

Probably Tongzhi era
The description on bottom is made by another person, I am not an expert to disapprove it.

Height about 10 cms. Diameter ot top about 10 cms.

In very good condition. No chips or cracks.

I like how the seller says probably, to me late Qing at the most but the quality is so low that I would not buy it my self.
