Hi,
I am new here; hoping somebody can advise me on a blue and white brush pot I found.

It is quite thick and heavy, 13cm tall, 8cm diameter with a character mark to the base.

I will attached some pics. Any advice on age and rough value would be much appreciated.

This is a product of the more recent decades, or new, not an antique. The characters on the bottom mean 35, something that never appears on Chinese antiques.
