I am not sure if this is chinese, the decorations and bottom looks like nothing I've ever seen. There is some age signs however, could have been made new this way... I am not sure. I would be very grateful if you could share your opinion about this piece. Thanks

One of the dragons looks a bit like a Japanese dragon. Otherwise the shape could be late Qing. If a dragon tail tip was visible that might confirm it.
