Found on a local flea market Germany smal family rose jar or flower pot Qing emperor Qianlong (1736 - 1795) or fake?

Yes, modern. This has the shape of a brush washer but three feet like a censer. The mark is apocryphal and the painting style is from later in the 20th century.
