I have seen this mark on a couple of different plates, and I am wondering if anyone can tell me something about it.

The picture is small and turns blurry when I enlarge it, but from what I can see it looks like it could be Kutani 3rd quarter 20th century, a picture of the complete bottom and clear pictures of detail to confirm thanks.
