Hi Ssbill, I believe these are Chinese not Japanese, the blue color would be 18th century, I would like to see what Peter thinks before moving post to Chinese Ceramics.

I don't think so, Stan. Neither the color nor the painting style of jar shape looks Chinese.

It would be nice to see the bottom if possible, maybe they are Japanese, I am not familiar with this shape if it is, thanks Peter for your expert confirmation..

I'll try to get a picture of the bottom, the bottom is covered by the mount... Not sure if I'll be able to photograph it
