Your item is a "pilgrim flask", made for the Islamic market. But in my view this is a copy. This one looks more like the genuine antique flasks:

Oh so this is a flask. A friend of mine, when he came, told me that this one looks made in Qing. But he could be wrong. An indication is that the blue is high in Manganese but the manganese spot did not come out to surface. Strange.
Just curious, this kind of blue was used throughout the Ming and Qing periods right? Thanks.
