Thank you for helping me with the period of this vase. To my opinion 1st half 20th century or older.

Non imperial dragon decoration

Early republic, probably. The dragon could be late Qing, but the four character Qianlong mark was more often used in the early republic period. In the Guangxu reign they would likely have used a Kangxi mark. Could be export porcelain.
