This is probably modern. The shape is not right and it looks new.

Most of these items have the same backdrop and are likely from the same seller. I have found that if a seller sells many fakes, it is likely that all the seller's items are fakes.

Hi Bokaba, or the seller dose not know the difference and therefore you could get a good deal.

You are right Stan, many collections assembled by amateur collectors in the late 20th century have genuine and fake pieces mixed.

Anyway, this could not be Kangxi even if shape and colors were right. Kangxi had certain elements, e.g. the mountains, water, etc. painted in a specific way. These features are not present here.
