What are peoples thoughts on these two bowls? One showing a pictorial mark the other a four character Chenghua mark in red .Late Qing?

The pictorial mark on one plate is from the 19th century, I think. The underside decoration of both look like nothing I have seen. I wonder if these are unfinished pieces, which should have had some additional on-glaze decoration?

Thank you Peter for the information.
If they are unfinished they must be from the same period.
Thanks again.

Hi Peter,
I think you are correct the decoration is rough to the touch with no glaze over it.

I found this today, it looks like your dish but finished. This dish is from  Tongzhi reign with a knot mark
