Hello, colleagues. Here are some plates about 6 inches in diameter. Can you please tell me the years and the place when they were made. Thank you.

The base looks more like Ming, but the bright blue color of the rings makes this less likely for both late Ming or Qing. Republic period would seem more probable. These crude bowls were made for the common people. In any case, this is more likely from a southern kiln.
