I have doubt about the whole decoration and the colours, the blue looks very dark. To me it looks more like a later piece.

Yes, republic period is more likely. I would like to point out that this combination of two green colors, one of them being olive green is prominent in the Kangxi dynasty, and then again in the Guangxu reign/early 20th century. But it is not much used in the period in-between.
