Title: Controversial plate
Post by: Stobaksov on Jan 20, 2018, 03:24:25
Hi, I'm not asking for myself. One person claims that this plate is 98 years old. I disagree. If you have time, please tell me who is right.

Looks modern to me, decoration and mark. I dont`t think, that this plate can be from republic period. I have seen similar marks from 1970, also on pieces from macau.

The mark say : Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi, but it is not from the period of Qianlong.
The other three signs say : Made in Macau. I can not read chinese, but I found this kind of mark on gotheborg
