Title: HELP about identifying a Handpainted Chinese Porcelain

I dont wan't to waste anyone's time reading thousands of words.....
Just need some help info about  this chinese mark.

The mark is useless for dating. Please read the part about marks in the main site. This is a spurious mark often encountered in more recent porcelain. It mentions the Qianlong emperor. And, your item is probably printed, the black lines. The colors might have been filled by hand.
