Title: Sake Cup?

Can anyone tell me if this is a sake cup and if it looks like it has any value?

No is not a sake cup, it looks more of like a brush pot and it has no collectors value.

This a chinese copy of satsuma in the ?royal? satsuma style made from about 1980s to present
