How old is it? I couldn't decipher the mark.

This is not that old in my opinion, traditional Chinese Antique Porcelain was never signed on an unglazed bottom and the decoration looks more recent in my view.

This is a tea caddy. Its mark ???? may indicate perhaps early republic, but the fact that it is marked on a flat, unglazed bottom confirms the impression that it is more recent. The painting looks more like late 20th century.
Unglazed flat bottoms had the marks impressed, normally.
