Title: qianlong peacock plate

I've seen marks like this one on  other qianlong period plates. This one has good quality decorations and some rust spots.  Can someone tell me more about this? Thanks

The decoration is printed, 20th century or later.

It is early 20th c Japanese, here a dish I have to compare:
