Don't guess, learn. If you want to collect or trade this type of items you should at least have an idea what the five famous kilns and major kiln systems of the Song dynasty did produce. This is completely different from Ming, Qing porcelain.
Also note the decoration is trying to fake natural ware and did an awful job, you can see that it was rubbed out to make look old.
