Hello,
Please give me any info or thoughts you may have on the dating or history of this  plate.
Any idea of Authenticity or value would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
I have no knowledge of any of this Great hobby as you can probably tell.
Thanks...

The image is too small to make any valid statement.  Also a pic from the side and the foot rim is required.  It is hard to tell from just this pic alone. My best guess just by looking at the mark is that is modern as earliest as the 80's or later.

Painting style is not traditional Chinese. It is either a modern item or not painted in China, or both. A thatched hut as shown in the background is usually more likely found in SE Asian decorations. There is a spurious Qianlong mark of the type found in the later 20th century. Personally I think this is not Chinese at all. The painter had no idea of traditional Chinese clothing and painting styles, just tried to imitate motifs with little success.
