Title: Please help me figure out what this glazed crackled blue and white bowl with lid

I have done tons of research and came up with hardley anything.  What is it and is it old?  I think its pretty neat either way!  if it doesnt let me post but one pic at a time i will make a new post.  and it does have a 4 character mark on the bottom.  Its crackled as well.

This should be a censer for burning powder incense. However, it is modern and the mark seems to be too.

Thank you so very much!  I have searched and searched and couldnt find anything like it.  I just wanted to know what it is.  Do u happen to know the marking?  The bottom left is that just mean "period mark?"

When we say period mark we mean that an antique item is from the period that the mark states, but many marks like this say something different. I can only read half which says "ceramics...".
As this is a recent item it can not be of any period.
