I recently purchased this blue willow plate. I think it is probably late Qianlong. What do you think?

Probably Qianlong. I would check the rim decoration closely, though. To see if it is hand-painted. The blue Color looks a bit flat.

Thanks Peter. Here is a photo of the rim decoration. It appears to be hand-painted to me though it looks like they used a brush washing type technique to fill in the empty spaces.
