Hi everyone
Can anyone help me please to identify this plate and stamp on it?
Unfortunately cannot upload picture with plate size is to big ????

Hello,

Usually stamps like these are from the second half of the 20th century or even 21 century.

If you have the patience you can find a similar one in here. gotheborg.com/marks/20thcenturychina.shtml

but in order to fully identify a piece you need to publish more photos from top, sides and foot rims. This is an important part of identifying a piece since marks alone is not a reliable method for dating or identifying a piece.

Pretty sure the first character is the character ? or "to copy/imitate".  Meaning the plate is probably Cultural Rev. or after.
