Title: 19th Century Famille Noir Ginger Jar
Post by: bokaba on Aug 11, 2017, 11:07:46
I was wondering if this is a late 19th Century famille noir ginger jar. It appears to be in the style of the Kangxi period, but I am doubtful. It is about 8 inches tall.

Thank you

Bokaba

Hi Bokaba, Im thinking 20th century, the rock formation is very clunky and the red accent in the flowers makes me think 20th century, I've never seen that my self in 19th century pieces.
