Title: Kangxi or Guangxu jar?

I am interested to find out if this porcelain jar/vase is from the Guangxu Nian Zao (1875-1908) period or is it Kangxi? Does anyone have any insight into this piece? Any information or help is appreciated :)

This is 20th century, I'm afraid. There are signs that the outlines were transfer printed.
Anyway, the blue color and foot rim mean they cannot be from either Guangxu or Kangxi.
