If it was not for the bottom I would say it is Japanese, it has a Chinese Yongzheng spurious mark, probably made in the last couple of decades I think.

Thanks Stan do you happen to have any idea what it is? I can't seem to find anything on the internet that would give me any clues

It is to big to be a water dropper, so I think it is a modern tea pot.

The landscape and the the 2 horses are more Japanese than Chinese.

So is the shape, but I'm not sure that the Japanese wrote a Chinese  mark like this before, so I think it is more than likely to be a modern Chinese made item, maybe made for the Japanese market.
