Hi Peter,

This is a white vase with some gilding and relief of vines and flowers. Is this a Qianlong period export piece?

I can not tell for sure. The base itself is apparently Qing dynasty, but I have never seen such a decoration. Probably about mid-Qing period. Yes, it would probably export.

I have seen a lot of raised decoration in late Qing to republic period... but not with those colors or foot rim.
