This is from Taiwan, and it is contemporary. This is Jiaozhi ware (???), better known under the Japanese name Koji, probably.
The right mark says ?? , the name of the manufacturer. Their website is at www.chuhlu.com.tw/cochin.htm, unfortunately it is all Chinese, except a short introduction on the web page given. "Cochin" is used in above website, but this is not a proper reading.
The left mark could be that of the craftsman making it, but I can not read it.
If you do an image search using "??" you will find many examples of the same type of wares.
