Title: Blue white Kraak plate

Hi, encountered this beautiful but expensive kraak plate, wonder if it's authentic though.

This is not late Ming dynasty, Chinese, what it should be if authentic.
First, the colors are not right. The blue should be a brighter blue, and the white glaze isn't enough white. It is not visible, but I wonder how thick the porcelain would be. It should be thin.
The base and foot rim are wrong.
About five or six countries made Kraak plates. I cannot say that I could tell if that is from one of them, but the porcelain body and colors are not right for China, late Ming dynasty. Not sure, but it could even be printed (meaning that an original hand-painted design was printed).
