I got this cool piece and it looks like a kids Garden Stool. It's not as big as the stools you usually find but not as small as the one you put on the desk, So I'm assuming it's a kids one. 10 1/2 tall and 7 inches in diameter approx.
It has an over glaze Tongzhi iron red mark. The enamel is not thick. The Peafowl and birds are very funny and very unrealistic. The Phoenix its more elaborated. I have no idea on this one.

I'm afraid the painting style of this looks like 20th century.
