I believe it to be Imari it is 24cm diameter.
I have seen a very similar pattern with these blossom trees.

The photo's are to small to see detail, but it looks like it is printed or transfer ware, to confirm this, I would need a close up of the detail and the photo should be clear, also one of the bottom showing the foot rim at an angle and one of the whole back of the plate, thanks
