Title: Large Charge with Phoenix Birds and Maybe a Reign Mark?

I have this large dish or charge that is very heavy and I haven't been able to find the exact symbol it has on the dish. There are the two Phoenix birds as well on it. Its very strange to me because it has all these Morse code type markings on the back of it as you can see in the photo's. I tried to get as many pictures as I could showing all the different markings I am referring to. Also the color loos as though is smeared or ran on most parts of it.

Phoenixes and a double 'happiness' character in the center. All is printed. Not antique. I am not sure if this is Chinese at all.
