Title: Larger Charger Unmarked

What is the age on this unmarked charger? It it about 16 inches in diameter. It looks almost like a Middle Eastern type design to me. I would think maybe mid 20th Century?

The decoration looks more like something from the Middle East. It has nothing looking Chinese at all.
