Title: Rare or new?

Most likely the later, but I just want to be sure.
Have not seen the shape before. It's about 26cm/10 inches tall.

In my opinion it looks new. It looks like transferware. No traditional shape, foot rim, and it looks like they tried to make it look old by making it dirty, and damaging it.

Printed. Not really a collectible item. The foot rim is made to fake age.
